Secure band parking area for bands. Redirect visitors to appropriate visitor parking lot.
Welcome volunteers! Give them T shirts, their assignments, duties and directions.
Welcome visitors! Sell T shirts, distribute water, enter visitor contact info into tablets.
Welcome visitors & verify they are in park for Recovery Fest (remind visitors it’s a drug & alcohol-free event).
Direct visitors to Welcome tent.
Encourage & assist with selfies at 3 locations: food trucks, Welcome Tent, stage.
Take down signs, pick up trash, empty trash into dumpster, break down tables & chairs, collect unopened water bottles.
